Looking for a responsible and clean FEMALE student to rent my Beautiful furnished basement room (all inclusive - utilities and internet access). This lovely room has sitting area with fire place and own ½ bath washroom. You will have kitchen and laundry privileges, close to Fallowfield station so perfect for Algonquin students. A family setting environment and we’d like to welcome a female student who is matured, clean, responsible and who also like pet - Shih tzu (dog) in the house. Sadly, I am unable to accommodate another pet in the house.
