2. Take express bus #939 east to Seneca College Newnham Campus, west to York University

3. Close to Dollarama, Main Drug Mart, Tim Hortons, CIBC bank, convenient store, walk-in clinic, restaurants and community centre

Rooms are fully furnished and in the basement with private entrance, there are two bathrooms, one laundry room and one kitchen.

Must be responsible, clean and courteous and willing to share common area with 3 other female tenants.

Room rate is $ 600 per month if stay less than 7 months; $ 550 per month if stay 7 months or longer, Wifi, utilities and laundry are included. Toilet paper, laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent are also provided.
