インスタグラム・フェイスブックでログインできないや投稿できなくて困っていますか？原因はインスタグラム・フェイスブックがダウンしているからです。
Are you having trouble logging in or posting on Instagram/Facebook? The reason is they are down.

今日の昼12時ごろ（トロント時間）、日本時間では深夜1時ごろからユーザーがフェイスブック・インスタグラムでログインや投稿などができないという現象が起きています。Down Detectorによると現在（2019年3月13日午後8時 トロント時間）もその状況は続いているようです。また、ニュースフィードでの不具合が一番多いそうですが、その他にもlog-inに関する不具合やウェブサイト上でも不具合が発生しているみたいです。
The problem that users can't log in or post on Instagram/Facebook has been happening since 12 pm (EDT) according to Down Detector. The most popular problem is problems related to New Feed. Users are also experiencing a problem logging in. Not only its app is affected, but also its website is affected.
Down Detectorのマップによると、アメリカ、ヨーロッパ、南アメリカ、オーストラリア、アジアの特定人数のユーザーがこの問題に影響されている模様です。
According to Down Detector's map, some users in USA, Europe, South America, Australia and Asia are affected by this problem.
フェイスブックによると、フェイスブックはこの問題に気づいたおり、現在、原因解明に努めているとのことです。またフェイスブックによると、これはDDoS攻撃（アタッカーがサーバーに意図的に過度な負担をかけて攻撃すること）ではないとの事でした。
According to Facebook, they're aware of this problem and working on solving the problem as soon as possible. They also confirmed that this was not DDoS attack.
