DyDo which is a Japanese beverage company installed a smartphone charger onto one of its vending machines in the temple in Tokyo as a trial. You'll be able to charge your device without buying anything from a vending machine.
The maximum time you can use it is 5 mins per use because DyDo wants as many people as possible to use it. You also need to bring your charging cable.
